Finding Your Way With Shiftwave

One of the things I hear from people is that they didn’t realize how much choice they have in using Shiftwave. Sometimes some has had one introduction, or tried a few protocols, and assumed that was the experience available to them. And sometimes we don’t know what questions to ask…because we don’t yet know what else we could explore.I have been using Shiftwave in my own life and in my clinical work since 2023, and I continue learning every day. The questions people bring, the differences in how they respond, and what they notice afterward all inform how I introduce it and support people in finding their way.I want to share more of that learning…and create opportunities for us to become curious together.

"Theresa is an absolute super user, using it in her practice...she’s been doing incredible work, we've been doing some case studies with her...and working very closely with our actual research team...it’s just the depth and breadth is incredible...it’s how she goes about doing it...it’s in some ways subtle, in some ways very revolutionary for Shiftwave and what can be done.  And like I mentioned in the beginning, we learn a lot from you and your work. And I’ve been learning an immense amount from Theresa."

  • What We Can Explore Together

I offer individual and group training, and where we begin will depend on what you are hoping to learn. You may want to become more comfortable using Shiftwave yourself, introduce it to others more thoughtfully, or help a whole team feel more confident supporting the people who come through your doors. We can explore choosing protocols, adjusting the vibration and other sensory elements, and recognizing that our bodies may need something different from one day to the next. We can talk about what people are noticing, what feels confusing, and how to offer direction while supporting someone in learning to make choices for themselves. And we will talk about the time afterward…allowing the experience to settle before moving into whatever comes next. There are practical things to learn, and there is also so much value in having somewhere to bring your questions as your experience grows.

What Might You Discover?

Perhaps there is a gentler way to begin. Perhaps a different protocol, a little less intensity, or leaving the eye mask off changes the experience for you. Perhaps you begin noticing what your body needs…and feel more comfortable responding to it. Those discoveries interest me deeply. So does what becomes possible when we give people more understanding, more choice, and permission to find their own way. If you would like to explore this together, please reach out. I would love to hear what you are imagining and where you would appreciate support.
