Processing Time

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• Order Fulfillment: After your order is processed, you will receive a notification with tracking information once it has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Missing or Damaged Packages

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@myinnerknowing,com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged items within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
